About the Trainer

I am a Cape Cod Native, growing up in Mashpee. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from Keene State College in 2014, while working as a Student Athletic Trainer at Keene State College and Franklin Pierce University. I hold my Athletic Training Certification, MA state licensure, CPR and First Aid Certification, and NATA membership. I have been the Head Athletic Trainer at Monomoy Regional High School since 2014 and the Administrative Assistant to the Athletic Director since 2021. I have had experience as the student athletic trainer with the Cotuit Kettleers for the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 seasons. I was the Head Athletic Trainer for the Harwich Mariners from 2015 to 2022. I have also had experience interning within a sports medicine clinic and shadowing orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, as well as working as a medical volunteer for the Boston Marathon. When I am not working, I enjoy my days with my husband, Rob, our daughter Isla, and our dog Kona, spending time at the beach.
