OCHS is happy to announce its return to MRHS for the 2025-2026 School year. We intend on continuing to provide navigator services, tele-behavioral and
tele-medicine appointments to the student body. In an effort to provide ongoing access to local services and resources to students and families, the OCHS Navigator will work in coordination with school administrators and leaders, to contribute towards improved health, wellness, and academic engagement. The Navigator will further continue their customized case management services for the new school year. Students and their families will continue to have access to a full range of primary health care and supportive social services that promote their overall health and well-being— a mission that OCHS strives to uphold for all clients and patients across the ten outermost towns of Cape Cod. For more information regarding our school based program, contact the school based Navigator: Magna Celin
