Monomoy Regional High School 2019 Graduation
MRHS Graduation 2019
On Sunday, June 2, 2019, Monomoy Regional High School honored its 2019 graduating class. The ceremony included moving speeches by members of the Monomoy team, administrators, and students, as well as vocal and musical performances by Monomoy students. Of special note were Class of 2019 Valedictorian Perry Comeau and Salutatorian Caroline Davock. Reflection Awards were given to teachers who had a lasting impact on this class. Those honored were: CES - Mimi van der Berg; CMS - Cindy Macomber; HES - Laura Morris; HMS - Jane Babb; MRHS - Zachary Gill.
Ad Lucem awards were also bestowed upon staff, students, and a community member. The award honors members of the school community that best exemplify the spirit and culture of MRHS. Ad Lucem is Latin for “To the Light” and represents the ideals of service to others, integrity, respect, leadership, and school spirit. Congratulations to the Ad Lucem honorees: MRHS Staff - Nicholas Seeley; MRHS Teacher - Denise Creedon; Female student - Erin Starkey; Male student - Samuel Yuskaitis; and community member Kat Szmit. All are an inspiration to our community!
